All Returns for products bought from George Radner Company must be made within 15 Days from the date of purchase (invoiced date), unless otherwise indicated (Manufactures Warranties etc.). Any merchandise that has been made as a special or customized will not be accepted, unless there is a proven manufactured defect. Any returns after this period of 15 days or is a non stock item that are not a warranty item are subject to a 20% Restock Charge. Returned product should be in original packaging, unused, undamaged in saleable condition. On all returns you the customer are responsible pay for all freight charges (unless we made a proven mistake on the order). If this is a non stock item to be returned to our manufacturer you must allow 30 days for your credit.

Any Orders that are Paid with PayPal or Credit Card will now be subject to a 3% Charge for all returns due to merchant fees.

  • Call 1-413-437-8341 between 8am-4:30pm M-F 

  • Provide us with the original receipt and or invoice number

  • Provide the reason for your return and let us know if you would like replacement or credit

  • We will Email you a return authorization form with instructions for your return including the return shipping address
